Our passion for kebap is the result of a journey that began in Ağrı in 1974. Yusuf Usta, captivated by the magic of the kebab world from a young age, took his first steps in 1989 at the age of 15. He was trained by master hands and created his own signature flavors with what he learned from Mahmut Usta.
Yusuf Usta, whose family has a deep-rooted history of kebab making, has always maintained his respect for this heritage. In his journey from Ağrı to Istanbul, he made a name for himself with his kebabs that left a mark on the palates. Encouraged by his friends to start his own business, Yusuf Usta opened his first kebab restaurant in his hometown of Ağrı.
